All products listed are stock designs, not customizable or made-to-order.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, or to modify prices without notice.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways like Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information during checkout.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 7–12 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.
We currently deliver PAN India through verified logistics partners.
Delays caused by courier, weather, or unforeseen factors are beyond our control.
Once the product has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email or phone number.
5. Returns & Refunds
At Topshift, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
We accept returns/refunds only in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video as proof.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Size or fitting issues (refer to the size chart before purchase).
Products washed, used, or without original tags and packaging.
Discounted or clearance sale items.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.

All designs, graphics, logos, product photos, and written content on this website are the property of Topshift.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept returns/refunds if the product is: Defective, Damaged in transit. Printed with the wrong design, Wrong product delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Size-related issues are not eligible for return. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For easy refund, please record an unboxing video as proof.
